Our Shipping Policy

Apollo Candles New York offers complimentary ground shipping within the Continental United States. 

Your package will ship within 5 business days of your order and ground shipping takes approximately 1-7 business days within the US.

When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information to the address entered at the time of the order. If you do not receive this, please contact us. 

A delivery window will be set by UPS once the package ships and can be found using the tracking number provided.
